The Bloch Sonata Strong is a pointe shoe for dancers with very flexible arches who need more metatarsal support than the standard Sonata provides. The reinforced combination shank adds support under the metatarsals, while the unsecured heel allows the foot to arch away from the instep naturally. The wide platform and shank design work together to stabilise, support and align the foot en pointe.
