Orders and shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across Australia takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking notification by email. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, contact our team.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to New Zealand and selected international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For large international orders, contact our team before ordering.
Click and collect
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes. Free click and collect is available from two locations.
- Dance Direct Maroubra - 192A Maroubra Road, Maroubra NSW 2035. Collect during trading hours (Monday to Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm) once your order status shows Completed.
- Dance Direct Caringbah - U1 18 Wurrook Circuit, Caringbah NSW 2229. Collection by appointment only. Call +61 2 9349 7713 to confirm your collection time. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00am to 12:00pm.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, subject to our returns conditions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. See our Terms and Conditions for full details. Post returns to Dance Direct Maroubra, 192A Maroubra Road, Maroubra NSW 2035.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be received within 30 days of your order date. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact our team before posting.
Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Dance sizing varies between brands and between product types. Use our shoe size guides, clothing size guides and hosiery size guides before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact our team and we will help.
Do Bloch sizes run differently?
Yes. Bloch dance shoes are sized differently from street shoes and from other brands. Always refer to the Bloch size charts before ordering. Bloch products are available to view online and purchase in-store at our Maroubra location only.
Bloch products
Can I buy Bloch products online?
Bloch products are listed on our website so you can browse the full range, but they are not available for online purchase. All Bloch products are purchased in-store at Dance Direct Maroubra, 192A Maroubra Road, Maroubra NSW 2035.
School and studio orders
Do you offer bulk pricing for dance schools?
Yes. Dance Direct has been supplying dance schools and studios across Australia for over 30 years. See our bulk order page for details, or contact our team directly to discuss your requirements.
