How to measure your feet

Measure barefoot, standing on a piece of paper on a hard floor. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe with a pencil held vertically, then measure the distance between the two marks in millimetres. Repeat for both feet, since most dancers have one foot slightly longer than the other, and fit to the larger one.

Pointe shoe size conversion guide

Energetiks pointe shoe sizing does not run the same as Grishko, Freed or Gaynor Minden, so if you normally wear a different brand, check your foot length in millimetres rather than assuming the same number carries across.
