Postage cost is automatically calculated through Australia Post and shown at checkout. The costs are determined by destination plus weight and box size whichever the greater. You can find the weight of any item can be found on its detail page.
We deliver products Australia-wide using either Australia Post and/or Fastway Couriers. We also deliver World-wide with Australia Postal Services either Register Post and/or Pack and Track and Express Courier International note estimated delivery times quoted below and/or in the shopping cart, does not take into account any delays with customs or services disruptions. All goods are shipped from the warehouse direct to your door. Delivery times vary depending on a parcel’s place of origin and its final destination. Generally you will receive the parcel in one to five business days, however delays may occur. We can also provide you with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers tracking number and we will promptly advise you of any delays we are aware of.
Your order will be delivered between 08:00 -17:00 weekdays, so please keep this in mind when providing a delivery address. If no one is available to accept the parcel, the delivery service will need to leave a card marked “unable to deliver.” When this occurs it is your responsibility to arrange redelivery and or collection.

Express Post – Tracking with next day delivery *within a service's delivery network.
The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by Australia Post Next Day Guarantee.
*The delivery services available to you, and the speed at which your items will be delivered, depends on whether your 'to' and 'from' postcodes fall within a service's delivery network.
